We use FedEx Ground for E-Bike deliveries and UPS for accessories.
Shipping is free for all E-Bike orders and accompanying accessories. Accessories and replacement parts purchased without warranty coverage will be subject to a $10 shipping fee.
All orders for replacement batteries will be subject to a $60 shipping fee.

Unless otherwise specified on the product page, all in-stock items will ship within 2 days of the order being placed.
As soon as the order is fulfilled from the warehouse, the shipping label and a confirmation email will be sent to you. To account for potential fluctuations in delivery times due to holidays or high demand, we recommend that you sign up for email and/or text notifications for your package on the shipping partner's website.
- Travel history on the FedEx website won't display any info for 24-48 hours after the package is loaded onto a trailer.
- As soon as the package is sorted and scanned the travel history will be populated and the website will display a more accurate delivery date estimate.
Once the package is loaded onto our shipping partner's vehicle, its travel information (found by tracking your package on their website) will appear within 24 - 48 hours. As soon as the package is sorted and scanned, its travel history will appear along with an accurate estimated delivery date.
What about batteries?
Batteries will take 5 - 7 days to ship because they require regulatory certification and approval.

All E-Bike shipments will require a signature upon delivery. FedEx will accept a signature from anyone within the household who is 18 years of age or older. The signature requirement cannot be waived. FedEx will make three delivery attempts before returning the bike package back to Bandit. Any orders with a value under $500 should not require a signature.
Making adjustments to your order
You will not be able to change any order details (products, shipping address) once it has been fulfilled from our warehouse. Please reach out to us before your order leaves our warehouse to make changes to it.
You're welcome to have your E-Bike shipped to a different address, where someone can receive the package for you if you cannot accept the delivery.
While your E-Bike is delivered almost fully assembled, you will still need to assemble the final product and perform several safety checks before you ride.
