Do Bandit E-Bikes have gear-shifting systems?
All of our E-Bikes are built with gearing systems. For your convenience, we have provided an overview of the gear-shifting system used in each of our models. Click here to learn more.

Does my bike need to be adjusted when it arrives?
For optimal safety and enjoyment, it is essential to have a certified and reliable bike mechanic perform a tune-up within the first 50-100 miles of riding your E-Bike. This tune-up should include necessary adjustments to the brakes, spokes, derailleur, and tires, ensuring an optimal riding experience.

Where can I find the serial number on my bike?
The Serial Number of your E-Bike can be found on the box it was packaged in. It can also be found stamped above the front fork. For security reasons, we strongly suggest that owners keep a record of this Serial Number in the unlikely event of theft.
Do E-Bikes work in cold weather, rain, or on hills?
While Bandit E-Bikes were designed to operate in a multitude of terrains and weather conditions, we highly suggest that owners take the necessary precautions to clean and maintain their E-Bike. Furthermore, we advise riders to read our article on riding safely for an optimal riding experience. Click here to learn more.
