Return an E-Bike: For all E-Bikes that are not defective or damaged, you must submit a return request to Bandit within fourteen (14) days of your receipt of the E-Bike as follows:
Please send an email to support@bandit.bike and includes the following information:
a) Clear photos of:
- The bike from both sides (if it has been removed from its packaging)
- The box condition (Please document any existing box damage)
- A closeup of the bike ID label found on the box (make, model, frame number)
b) Additional information of:
- Shipping Address, Name and Phone Number used in original order
- Last four digits of the credit card used in original order
- Your Order number
- Reason for returning the product
Please allow 5-10 business days for the Product Support team to address your return request.
Return an Accessory: Any purchase of accessories, or receipt of a replacement part under the Limited Warranty, shall be eligible for return within thirty (30) days of receipt.
Please send an email to support@bandit.bike and includes the following information:
a) Clear photos of:
- The products (if it has been removed from its packaging)
- The box condition (Please document any existing box damage)
b) Additional information of:
- Shipping Address, Name and Phone Number used in original order
- Last four digits of the credit card used in original order
- Your Order number
- Reason for returning the product
